Shipping policy

General info.

Local shipments (Baltic States - Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia).

We currently provide 3 delivery options for local orders (Baltic States).

  • OMNIVA - All local orders will have the option to select OMNIVA shipping method during checkout. If you choose OMNIVA shipping method - don't forget to add your phone number when filling shipping information.  
  • DPD - All local orders will have the option to select DPD shipping method during checkout. If you choose DPD shipping method - don't forget to add your phone number when filling shipping information.
  • POSTAL - All local orders will have the option to select POSTAL shipping method during checkout. When selecting POSTAL shipping method, your order will be delivered to your nearest Postal Office.

Europe (Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, England, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden).

We currently provide DPD parcel shipping methods in countries listed above. You will have the opportunity to select any of the parcel shipping methods available in your country. 

Rest of the Europe. 

We currently provide POSTAL shipping method for rest of the Europe.

  • POSTAL - All orders made outside the Baltic States and listed European countries will have the option to select POSTAL shipping method during checkout. When selecting POSTAL shipping method, your order will be delivered to your nearest Postal Office.

Handling.

Once you've placed your order, we'll start the handling process and you'll receive a confirmation e-mail.
Orders usually take up to 3 days to be shipped out. Shipping takes between 3 - 14 days. More on that below.

Shipping.

Once your order has been shipped out, you'll receive a shipment e-mail containing a tracking code that you can use to locate your items until you've received them.
Shipping locally (Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania).
Please allow up to 5 days for delivery after receiving your shipment e-mail.

Shipping in rest of Europe.

Please allow up to 14 days for delivery after receiving your shipment e-mail.

Åland Islands, Albania, Andorra, Armenia, Austria, Belarus, Belgium, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Greenland, Guadeloupe, Guernsey, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Isle of Man, Italy, Jersey, Kosovo, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Malta, Mayotte, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, North Macedonia, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Réunion, Romania, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine, United Kingdom (additional customs fees will most likely apply)., United States of America and Vatican City.

Shipping to unlisted countries.

If you want to order any of the products from our site, but your country is not on the list - feel free to contact us via imeanlove@imeanlove.com. We will agree on order and shipping details with you personally.
